How to Hide the Sign-in Button at the Session Level

When staff only need to mark attendance, showing just the Present button reduces confusion and speeds up the process. Hiding Sign-in is especially helpful when signatures or exact times aren’t required.

To hide the Sign-in button for a specific session, follow these steps:

1. From the District Dashboard, navigate to Session Rosters under Rosters & Attendance.
2. Find the session where you want to hide the sign-in button. At the top right of that session, click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) and select Edit.
3. Scroll down to the Additional Options section.
4. Click on Configure Sign-in Button Visibility.
5. Select Yes to hide the sign-in button. (Note: This setting overrides district-level attendance settings.)
6. Click Save to apply your changes.

To make the sign-in button visible again, simply repeat these steps and select No to show the button.
