When you need to remove or archive unwanted Providers from your District, follow these steps.
Cancel Sessions
Before you remove the providers, make sure that you remove all the sessions taking place at your schools. Follow the process in this article.
Remove Providers
From the provider dashboard:
1) Check the “show invisible providers” box to include all provider profiles.
2) Choose the provider you want to delete from the providers drop-down menu.
3) Click on the “stay invisible” radio button.
4) Then click on “Account Settings” under “Basic Setup”.
5) Remove all emails from “Authorized Users” and “Viewer Users”.
6) Click on Save.
7) Repeat the same process for other unwanted provider profiles as well.
