Below are the instructions for cancelling a session due to low enrollment, or any other reason. First, you will need to sign into the Provider Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/provider).
- Under "Roster & Analytics" click "Rosters (Refund, Attendance, Add Stude...".
- Find the session you wish to cancel, and click the menu icon (three lines) to the right.
- Click "Cancel this session".
- You'll be prompted with a pop-up window that contains details about the class cancellation. Review these details, and write a note to parents in the provided field if you wish. Check the "Yes" box to confirm you want to cancel this session. Click the pink "Yes, cancel this session" button. If there are no registrations for this class, the class will be cancelled with no pop-up window.

Note: When you complete the cancellation, all registered parents will be automatically fully refunded and sent an email letting them know about the cancellation. You may wish to manually unenroll the students first before canceling the session if you would like to provide store credit or issue a check.
Note: Cancellation of a session will refund all scheduled payments as well. The refund for scheduled payments will cancel the payment collection on the scheduled dates.
Note: If the session you want to cancel is not shown in the list, you may need to adjust the filter settings at the top of the page.
