6crickets uses Stripe to facilitate payments for family-paid programs. Connect a district-owned Stripe account to your Provider Dashboard to have program fees directly deposited into your district’s bank account.
Start at your Provider Dashboard
First, log in to the provider dashboard set up for you by your account managers at 6crickets.com/provider.
- From the menu on the left, under “Basic Setup”, click “Getting Paid”.
- Click the blue “Get Paid through Stripe” button.
- Enter your email address and click “Submit” to continue setup at Stripe.com. If you already have a Stripe account, use the email address associated with that account.
- Enter your district information and bank account details.
Bypassing personal identification questions
If you prefer not to provide personally identifying information to Stripe, please follow the instructions below.
- For the required personal identification questions, please fill in the following dummy data:

- DOB: 01-01-1910
- SSN: 1111
- Business owners: Continue with no owners
- Submit your account application.

Prepare a letter on official district letterhead with the following information:
- Date
- Stripe account name
- District address
- The body of the letter must contain something like the following:
I, Employee name, title (Example: CFO), authorize account representative name (Example: Sarah Jones), account representative title (Example: Product manager) to manage the Stripe account.
- Account ID(s): Stripe account ID (acct_xxx)
- District name
- Website URL(s)
- District tax IDs
- Account Rep
- The letter must be signed by the fiscal department official (not the expanded learning account representative). E-signatures are accepted.
Sample Letter:
- Sign in to https://support.stripe.com/contact and start a chat with Stripe Support to request an exemption from providing beneficial ownership information. Provide them with the letter.
