How can an instructor invoke the emergency handling process

The instructor will take full responsibility for the students once arrived at your class until the students are picked up by authorized parties. When an emergency happens, you can choose to notify the emergency handler from the school, parents, and emergency contacts of the students in various emergency situations based on your best judgment. 

The emergency handling process can be invoked from the roster page of the session.

• Log in your 6crickets account > Top menu "Providers" > Click the top menu "Providers" again > Instructor dashboard 
• Click the "Emergency handling" button for the session.
• The "Emergency handling" button can also be found on the roster page (after clicking the "# students registered" link or the "Attendance" button of the session)
• Click the "Emergency handling" button to select the emergency you're facing. 

• You will then be able to select the student that has the emergency and the group you want to notify. Then send the email out. 
• The contacts' phone numbers can also be found from here, you can call or text them as needed.
