How to turn off or hide the “Request another session” button

Overview

The “Request another session” button appears on a program’s public page when a class is full. It allows parents to express interest in additional sessions, helping providers gauge demand. If you prefer not to display this button, you can turn it off on the Provider Dashboard.

Turn off the “Request another session” button

1. Sign in to your Provider Dashboard.
    
2. Go to Register button/link for your website under “Your registration portal” 

 

3. Scroll to Additional Settings For Your Registration Portal section.
   
4. Uncheck Show "Request another session" button under program's sessions on the registration portal and click Save. 
   
    

Once disabled, parents will no longer see the “Request another session” option on this Provider’s program registration page.

Notes

• Disabling the button does not affect existing enrollments or waitlists.
   
• You can re-enable it at any time to collect parent interest for future sessions.
