If you are trying to register for a class and the payment confirmation does not process, it might be an issue with Chrome autofill.
Chrome autofill may fill the "Billing address country" field with "US" instead of the "United States" required by the form. This will prevent the completion of the purchase since the credit card information is incomplete.
The solution is to delete Chrome's autofill and manually input the country; the first letter will pop up the form's choices to select from:
