Why do I receive a warning message when I try to add a session to my cart?

You may add a particular session to your cart and see the warning below:

The warning means that your child’s age or grade does not match the age or grade that the provider set for the program. 

You can still click the pink “Yes” button and proceed to add the session to your cart anyway. However, once you check it out, the provider will be notified that a student who does not match the age/grade requirements of the program has purchased it. The provider can then choose to either accept your registration or refund and unenroll your student from the class.

During check out, you will see an additional warning message (below): 

Our system still allows you to enroll your child because some providers are flexible with the age/grade of students. However, others may not be as flexible, so the best practice is to contact the provider before enrolling your child when you see these warnings.
