How to view analytics for your provider profile

6crickets Analytics gives you the insight on how parents have interacted with your listings, how many times have they read your provider information, how many times have they read about your programs, how many times have they checked the schedules of your programs, how many of your sessions are in parents' schedules, how many sessions parents have paid, and which particular programs are attractive to parents.

You can utilize the gained insights to give more attractive descriptions for your programs, to evaluate your curriculum design, and to more efficiently staff your programs.

This is how to access the Analytics page from the provider dashboard.

1. From the menu on the left click “Roster & Analytics”.
2. Then click on “Analytics”.

When you first view the analytics page you will be shown data for the whole history of your provider profile on 6crickets. You can use the "On or After Date" or the "On or Before Date" fields to narrow down the data displayed. Both of the fields can be used together as well.
