To print a form to keep track of student attendance, as well as their sign in/sign out times, please follow the steps below:
1. From your Provider Dashboard or left menu, under "Camps & Classes", click on "Sessions List". From your School or District Dashboard or left menu, under “Rosters & Analytics,” click on “Session Rosters.”
2. Find the session you would like to print an attendance sheet for and click on the word "Enrolled" on the right side (example below).
3.1 Click on the down arrow next to the "Print" button (highlighted below) and select "Print minimal info with attendance" to print the attendance sheet with the attendance information from 6crickets. Note: Selecting "Print detailed info" will print the parental/emergency contact info.
- Select the start date for the attendance in the roster format section shown below. If your class hasn't started yet, please select the first day of your session as the attendance starting date.
- If you would like to include attendance records for unenrolled students, check the highlighted box above. Note that any students who were unenrolled or who have a custom end date before the attendance start date selected above will not be included in the roster.
3.2 Select “Print Sign out” to print out a sheet to allow parents to sign out on a paper form.
