Unified rosters are used by school office staff and homeroom teachers to generate rosters of students either across the entire school, by grade, or by homeroom. These rosters help you see where students go at the end of the regular school day for their afterschool enrichment programs.
Accessing the Unified Roster
You can view your unified roster directly from your school’s dashboard.
- Go to your School Dashboard → Rosters & attendance → Unified rosters.
- The unified roster shows all students registered for sessions held at your school, regardless of provider or program.
Filtering the Unified Roster
Use the filters at the top of the Unified Roster page to narrow down your view. You can filter by:
- Session start date
- Homeroom or Grade
- Days of the Week
- Provider
-
Program
These filters make it easy to focus on specific date ranges, groups, or classes.
Editing a Student’s Homeroom
To edit a student’s homeroom assignment, click the pencil icon next to their homeroom on the Unified Roster.
[Note] If your school uses an active Homeroom custom registration question, any edits made directly on the Unified Roster may later be overwritten by the parent’s response to that question.
Printing the Roster
If you’d like a printable version:
- Click Print roster.
- In the Print Roster setting, select which columns you want included in your printed roster (e.g., name, homeroom, program, days, time).
- Save as a PDF or print directly to share with teachers or staff.
