To view the rosters page from the School Dashboard (6crickets.com > Click the button "Districts & Schools" > "My Dashboard" button > School Dashboard), please follow these steps:
- If you are managing multiple schools, please click "Select a school to manage" on the top of the page to switch between the school profiles.
- Find "Rosters & Analytics" from the dashboard or left menu > "Session rosters".
- Narrow down the sessions list by searching box or top filters as needed.
- Click the hamburger icon at the upper right corner of the session > Edit to edit the session.
- Click the "Enrolled: #" to check the roster of a session

- On the roster page of a session, we can do all of the following:
- View the details of each student in that class
- Unenroll a student from the class
- Process refunds
- Track attendance and print an attendance sheet
- Email parent(s)
- Download an email list of all the students in the class and those on the waitlist.
- Print the class roster
- Download the class roster as a CSV file. (viewable in any spreadsheet software, such as Excel or GoogleSheets.)
- View the waitlist and invite waitlist students to register
- Manually add students to the class.
- Show custom question answers on the roster page
- Click "Show/Hide Attributes" to show a list of custom questions and emergency contacts, select the questions, and the answer to that question for that student will show up below the student's name. The preference will also be remembered so you don't need to do that again when checking the roster for another session.
