You could reopen registration for a session by following the steps listed here, so a parent could go to the school portal page and register. 

But when you reopen registration for a session, any parent could go and register. If you only want a specific parent to register, our waitlist feature could be helpful:

Waitlist could be used to enroll a student without reopening registration to all parents:

• Set the seats quota to be equal to seats sold, update the registration end date to a future date to show the session on the school portal page.
• Parents can add their student to the waitlist.
• Enrichment coordinator can invite the parent to register from the waitlist.
