Schools and districts may require providers and instructors to fulfill certain requirements before teaching on campus. The requirements can be checked from your provider dashboard. Once the requirements have been fulfilled, please certify them by following the steps below.
- Log in > Click the "Providers" button on the page > "My Dashboard" button > "Turn-key service with schools" box > Turn-key service dashboard.
- Follow the link in the column "Compliance requirements" of the school or district. Please note that instructors need to be assigned to the sessions before they can be certified.
- You can certify some or all of the assigned instructors. If all assigned instructors have been certified, you will get a green checkmark and "Certified" status. If any new instructors are assigned, the status will turn back to "Certify", and you will need to certify them by following the above steps.
