The background check and other requirements by schools or districts can be checked from the provider's Turn-key service dashboard.
You often need to check this information when you receive emails in the support inbox titled “New instructors have been added to a session starting soon (or has already started)...” Learn more about how to handle those emails here.
Find the Turn-key service dashboard
Log in > Click the "Providers" button on the page > "My Dashboard" button > "Turn-key service with schools" box > Turn-key service dashboard.
Background Check
Click the school or district name > Click the "Background requirement" under the "Requirements" section to check the detailed requirements and the procedure to be followed.
Instructor quiz
Click on the “Quiz” link to see if an instructor has completed the quiz in the past year.
