The registration(s) for a student can be quickly checked by the name of the student or parent from your School Dashboard.
- From the dashboard or left menu > "Roster & analytics" > "Browse students & parents".
- Enter the full or partial parent or student name in the search field and hit return/enter. The results will show up below the search box.
- The system will populate all matching accounts with that name.
- Clicking the parent name will show their student(s) name on the right side of the screen.
- Clicking the student name, on the right side of the screen,
- You can check the students' basic info,their contacts, and email their parents.
- "Sessions" section lists all sessions the student enrolled in. For each session,
- Clicking the "Show details" button will show enrollment and payment-related (if applicable) info, the student's answer to the custom questions, etc.
- Clicking the "Show attendance" button will show you the student's attendance records. You can select a date and update the student's attendance on that day as well.
- Clicking the "Refund" (or "Edit" button) will allow you to make a refund (when applicable) and/or unenroll the student.
Please note that if your district has accounts "imported from SIS" and "created in 6crickets", the search result will show accounts imported from SIS by default, and you can change the filter to show the accounts that were created by parents in 6crickets, or both..
