If you want to remove an unwanted program from your schedule, please follow the steps:
1. Navigate to your school’s registration portal
This is where you signed your child up for programs. Usually, you can find a link on your school’s or district’s website. If not, search for your school on the 6crickets.com home page.
2. Log in to your account
Now on the registration portal, login and click on the letter in the top right corner of the website.
3. Go to "My schedule" of your account
To find your schedule click the schedule icon at the top right corner of the screen.
4. Cancel or delete a session
Click the hamburger icon at the upper left of the session card > Click the trash can at the bottom of the list to. You know have the option to:
- Send a cancellation request to the provider for a paid session. This will notify the provider to cancel your registration. Refunds and cancellations will depend on the provider's cancellation policy.
- Delete an unpaid session from your schedule
