How to allow early enrollments before the registration start date (From Provider Dashboard)

There may be times when you want to allow a few people to register for your camps or classes early, but don't want to open registration for everyone. This article will show you how to do that using the waitlist feature.

1. Sign in to your Provider Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/provider), and from the menu on the left, under "Roster & Analytics", click on "Rosters".
2. Click on the session you want to allow early registrations, which will bring up the edit session page.
3. Set the "Maximum Number of Seats to Sell" number to "0", and click "Save".

Now, this session will be listed with a "Join Waitlist" option (an example screenshot is shown below of what parents will see).

Next, you can instruct the parents that you want to register early to join the waitlist of the class. Once they have joined the waitlist you can send them an invite which will allow them to register for the class before registration opens. This article will show you how to invite students from the waitlist.

Once you have sent invites to all of the students you want to register early you can set the "Maximum Number of Seats to Sell" back to what you had set before.
