Authorized Users are people who can access and make changes to your 6crickets district profile. You want to be sure you only add people whom you trust, since this grants them full access to edit your district profile which contains student information.
This is how you can edit the authorized users through the district dashboard:
- Log in > Top menu "Schools & districts" > "My dashboard" button > District dashboard
- From the dashboard or the menu on the left > Basic Setup > District Profile.
- In the “Authorized Users, who can edit this district's information” field, enter the email addresses of the people you want to allow full access to your district profile. Click the “X” next to the email addresses you want to remove.
- Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
The new authorized user will need to sign up for a 6crickets user account with the same email address you input, then they will be able to access your district dashboard.
