How can I look up the cancellation policy after I signed up?

The cancellation policy for a session can be checked in two ways:

1. The 6crickets purchase confirmation emails communicate the class provider's cancellation policy.
2. It can also be checked from the purchased sessions under "My schedule" of your 6crickets user account:

• • Log in > click on your email icon at the top right corner of our website > My schedule

  • Click on the name of the session you wish to double-check

  • Select the "Provider Information" tab and check the provider's cancellation policy from there.
