If you were told by someone at your company to sign up for a 6crickets account, but you're only able to see your rosters after signing up, you may have been added as a "Viewer User" instead of an "Authorized User".
A "Viewer User" is only able to view rosters for all sessions and use "Browsing students & parents" to search for any student within any session. However, a "Viewer User" is unable to make any edits or changes to your provider profile. To edit any provider information, you must be an "Authorized User".
To change your status from a "Viewer User" to an "Authorized User", please ask any authorized user of your provider account to do the following:
- From the dashboard menu on the left, under “Basic Setup”, click on “Account Settings”.
- Once on the “Account Settings” page, scroll down until you see “Authorized Users, who can edit this provider's information” and add the email address of the person you want to be an “Authorized User” in the field to the right.
- Click the pink “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
