If your child was registered twice for the same class, or you see their name listed twice on the "Student Registration Forms" page, there may be a duplicate of your child's profile in your 6crickets account. Here is how you can remove a duplicate student profile.
- Click your email icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- A drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Edit students".
- Check for any duplicates by comparing name, age, and grade on the student list page.
- If a duplicate student profile is found, edit the name for one of the profiles to include a number after the name, e.g. "Tommy2" to distinguish the two profiles.
- Click your email address at the top right corner of the screen, and from the dropdown menu, click "Order History". Double-check if both profiles have registration history, if yes, please email support@6crickets.com with the details, we may be able to merge the duplicate student profiles.
- If one of the profiles has no registrations, you can go back to "Edit students" page, click the trash can icon next to the student's name to delete the profile to avoid confusion.
- You will be asked "Are you sure you want to delete this student?". Click "Yes" to delete the profile.
7. The duplicate student profile will be removed.
