Which email in my Account Settings receives parents' cancellation request emails?

Parents' cancellation request emails are sent to the "Primary Contact Email". If you provided a "Contact For Parents", this email address is cc'ed to the cancellation request email as well. 

The Account Settings with Contact Settings and Notification Settings can be found in the Basic Setup section of your Provider Dashboard.
