Sometimes, when you like to unenroll a student and give a full refund, the following error message appears: Sorry, we are unable to process your refund request. Stripe error: The recipient of this transfer does not have sufficient funds in their Stripe balance to reverse this amount.
You get this message if a customer used a 6crickets gift card that discounted their price. In this case, if you try to issue a full refund it doesn't succeed as a full refund since the gift card portion of the purchase was not paid by the customer but by 6crickets. Instead, the system will refund the $ amount the customer actually paid, but it won't unenroll the student since technically there is still a $15.00 balance. To unenroll the student, please refund again with a $0.00 refund amount, making sure to check "Select students to remove from the roster" when issuing the $0.00 refund.
