To see who purchased extended care and the detailed information of the extended care, please create a custom roster with the custom field "Extended care". The "Extended care" column of the downloaded custom roster shows "before", "after", "before+after", "", or "yes".
Note: An empty cell ("") means no extended care was purchased. "yes" means the customer purchased available extended care that was not explicitly configured as before or after care.
Currently, the detailed extended care information could only be reached from the custom roster. However, you can quickly double-check if extended care was purchased for a specific student by clicking on the student name at the session roster. In this case, "Extended care" will show up at the student information.
Purchase information of the extended care is also included in the roster .csv file downloaded from the session roster page. (Note: '0.5' in the "extended_care" column of the .csv file means extended care the purchase was for two students.)
