If you have set up your class or camp to allow parents to choose a subset of days of the week, and a parent needs to change the days their child will be attending, this article will show you how to change those days from the Provider Dashboard.
- From the menu to the left, under "Roster & attendance", click on "Session rosters".
- Find the session the child is registered to, then click on the "Enrolled" link to the right. NOTE: You may need to adjust the filter settings at the top of the page if you cannot find the session. Alternatively, you can search for the student or parent name from 'Browse students & parents" in the 'Roster & attendance' section.
- Click on the "Refund" button next to the student. NOTE: If the change in days is more than what the parent originally paid, please use the "Charge" button next to the student.
- Choose the new days of the week, enter the refund or charge amount. If the price is the same with the new set of days, then you can enter $0 for the refund/charge.
- Click "Make the Refund" or "Charge the card on file", and the parent will be sent an email informing them of the new changes.
Note: If it's a charge, the amount will be charged immediately, and will NOT follow any installment plan even if the parent followed an installment plan when they first register their student.
