If you receive an email from 6crickets that informs you an installment payment has failed, please follow the instructions outlined in the email to update your credit card info. The notification email's subject line is “6crickets scheduled payment failed for…”.
The credit card info can be updated from your 6crickets account, please follow the steps below:
Log in > Click the email icon at the upper right corner of 6crickets.com > Edit Profile > Update my credit card.
Update your credit card information, then click the "Update" button to save the new card.
Once done, the scheduled payment(s) will be charged in your updated credit card within 24 hours automatically. If there's still an issue, please contact us at support@6crickets.com, or you can contact us via online chat through our website between 8am and 5pm (PST), Monday through Friday.
Note:
Your credit card info is stored by Stripe, the credit card processing firm 6crickets is integrated with.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
