How do I grant read-only access to rosters from a provider profile and how can read-only users access the information?

A read-only customer of a provider profile can check the session rosters and use the "Browse students & parents" page to find the sessions registered by a parent or for a student.

To set up a read-only roster account from the provider profile, please follow these steps:

1. First, log into your provider profile.
2. From the menu on the left, under "Basic Setup", click on "Account Settings".
3. Input the email address of the person you want to grant read-only access to your provider account in the field next to the words "Viewer Users, who can only view this provider's information".
4. Click the pink "Save" button.

For the owner of the read-only account:

1. Log into your 6crickets account from our homepage
2. Click button "Providers" > click top menu "Provider" > "Read-only Rosters", or input "https://www.6crickets.com/provider-view" into the address bar of your browser
3. You will be able to check "Session Rosters" and use the "Browse students & parents" feature from there.
