If you want to apply a fee for late registrations, there are a few different ways you can set this up from the Provider Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/provider).
- Simply change the price of the session on the date you want to begin charging a late fee. The price of a session can be update/changed anytime you wish. (How to edit a session)
- You can setup an "Early Registration" discount, and just set the date for the price to increase on the start date of class, or any date you like. The only thing about this method is that the class is listed as offering an early registration discount. If you are listing your classes on a school registration portal with other providers it may be a good to ask the school before using this method, if you do use it. - You can setup a discount code, and set it to be publicly displayed and expire on a particular date. After it expires it's no longer displayed to parents that register late. The only problem with this method is that some parents who register on time might over look the code, or forget to apply it during checkout. Publicly displayed discount codes are shown on the programs that they apply to. (Setting up discount codes)
- From the rosters page you have the option of applying a charge to the parent's credit card. This can only be applied after the parent has registered their child, so you may want to make sure the parent is aware that they may be charge a late registration fee. A good way of doing this is to set up a waiver, that they need to agree to when completing registration. (Apply a charge to a parent's credit card) (Set up a waiver)
