If you choose to "Sign in with Google" when logging in 6crickets account, we'll read the Google account name and you'll not be able to update it from 6crickets. Gmail allows users to set another name for "Send mail as:", but don't allow users to update the account name now. So there's no way to update "From" name in 6crickets if you signed in with Google.
A workaround is to sign up with your email in 6crickets, then the user name is editable. Please follow the steps:
1. Log out of your account > Sign up at the upper right corner
2. Input the name you prefer (for example, your company's name) and your email account (your Gmail address). It might tell you the email account already exist when clicking "Sign up", then please click the "Forget the password" below the "Sign up" button. You'll get an email with the temp password in your Gmail account, use it to log in (by inputting the email address instead of clicking "Sign in with Google"), you would be able to update the password to the ones you want after logging in with the temp password.
3. After logging in, please go to the email address at the upper right corner > Edit profile to double check the name and update the name if needed.
