If you are an Enrichment Coordinator, and need a count of students signed up for all classes on each day of the week, this article will show you how to create a custom roster for just that purpose. You can also use the instructions in this article to help you create a custom roster with any other information you need.
One thing to note, once you have created a custom roster and need to view the data, you can download the roster and open it in any spreadsheet application of your choosing, such as Excel or Google Sheets. From there, you can organize and edit the data as you wish.
You can also email families directly from this custom roster, or pull the email addresses to email from your own email client by clicking on the email icon.
- From the School Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/school-admin), on the menu to the left, under "Rosters & Analytics", click on "Custom Rosters".
- Click the pink "+ Create a New Custom Roster" button.
STEP 01
- Filter your sessions with the filter options to the left.
-
By default, only enrolled students will be on the downloaded roster. If you'd like to include waitlisted and unenrolled students or include one category of students only, please check or uncheck the boxes in front of "enrolled", "waitlisted" and/or "unenrolled" respectively.
-
- Select your sessions by checking the checkbox next to the sessions you want. You can also select all sessions in the filtered list by checking the box at the top of the list labeled "All matching sessions".
- Click the pink "Next" button at the bottom right.
STEP 02
- Under the "Standard & Custom Fields" list, select the information you want included in your custom roster.
- Under the "Order selected Fields" list, you can use the up and down arrows to organize the information you have selected.
- Use the trashcan icon to delete unwanted information
- The pencil icon will allow you to edit the title of the information.
- Click the pink "Next" button at the bottom right.
STEP 03
- Enter a descriptive name for your custom roster, and click "Save".
After you have saved your new custom roster, you will see four icons next to it.
The first icon allows you to download the roster in a CSV format, which you can open in any spreadsheet application such as Excel or Google Sheets.
The second icon allows you to email, or collect the email addresses for all the parents of students in that particular custom roster.
The next icon will allow you to duplicate the custom roster.
And as expected, the trashcan icon will delete the custom roster if you don't need it anymore.
