How do I enter a cancellation policy on my Provider Profile?

Setting a cancellation policy on your Provider Profile is important for parents in case they need to cancel their child's registration for any reason.

This is how you can set your cancellation policy from the Provider Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/provider)

1. From the menu to the left, under "Registration Setup", click "Cancellation Policy".
2. Type, or copy and paste, your cancellation policy into the field provided.
3. Click "Save".

When a parent sends you a cancellation request they are presented with your cancellation policy so that they are aware of the cancellation conditions. This policy is also included in the registration confirmation email they receive after completing the registration, and can be viewed on your Public Provider Profile.
