If a school has seasons set up, this will control the registration period and skip dates across any session that falls within the date range set for the season. This prevents providers from setting different registration dates or skip dates. You can check out this article for more information about seasons: Set up a Season
If you need to open the registration earlier, reopen/extend registration (by changing registration start or end dates/times), or set different skip dates for a specific session, you can set this from the "Session rosters" page of the School and/or District Dashboard.
- From the menu on the left, under "Rosters & analytics", click on "Session rosters".
- Locate the session you want to edit, click on the session.
- Go to the "Dates & times" tab on the left menu.
- Check "Ignore season configuration" box for the fields you want to update > edit the field and save.
