How to hide individual classes on your School's Registration Portal.

There may be a time when you need to hide individual classes [for various reasons] from your School's Registration Portal, without affecting other classes. Adjusting the registration end date for an individual class is one way to do it, another way is to change the "Seats Quota" of the session to a negative number.

To hide an individual class from your registration portal, without adjusting the registration dates/times, from within the School Dashboard, please follow the steps below (https://www.6crickets.com/school-admin):

1. From the menu to the left, click "Manage Providers & Programs", then click "Edit Sessions".
2. Choose the Provider then the Program from the drop-down menus.
3. Click the session you wish to hide.
4. Adjust the "Seats Quota" to a negative number. Example: If the current "Seats Quota" is 20, change it to -20.
5. Click the pink "Save" button.

Now, when you view your School's Registration Portal, the class you updated with a negative seat quota will not show up. This will not affect any of the current registrations for that class. This ONLY hides the class from parent's view.

NOTE: When updating the "Seats Quota" to a negative number, it's a good idea to use the same number as the original seats quota in case you need to unhide the class in the future. Example: If the original seats quota was 12, then just update the seats quota to -12 to hide the class.

ALSO NOTE: If you set the Seats Quota to zero "0" then the class will still be listed on your School's Registration Portal, and parents will have the option to add their child to the class waitlist.
