To view the rosters page from the Provider Dashboard (6crickets.com > "Providers" button on the page > "My Dashboard"), please follow these steps:
- Click on "Rosters & Analytics" from the dashboard or left menu > "Session rosters".
- Narrow down the sessions list by searching box or top filters as needed.
- Click on the session to edit the session setting.
- Click the hamburger icon at the upper right corner of the session to cancel the session
- Click the "Enrolled: #" to check the roster of a session

- On the roster page of a session, we can do all of the following:
- View the details of each student in that class
- Unenroll a student from the class
- Process refunds or charge the student
- Transfer a student
- Track attendance and print an attendance sheet
- Leave notes for each student.
- Email parent(s)
- Download an email list of all the students in the class and those on the waitlist.
- Print the class roster
- Download the class roster as a CSV file. (viewable in any spreadsheet software, such as Excel or GoogleSheets.)
- View the waitlist and invite waitlist students to register
- Manually add students to the class.
- Show custom question answers on the roster page
- Click "Show/Hide Attributes" to show a list of custom questions and emergency contacts, select the questions, the answer to that question for that student will show up below the student's name.
