The unified roster shows all students who registered for the sessions held at the school. It can be reached from your School Dashboard > Rosters & analytics > Unified rosters.
- The roster can be narrowed by dates, homeroom, grade, provider, programs from the top filters.
- Contact information for a student can be checked by clicking the student's name.
Check the from-to info from the unified roster
Home Room is the student's classroom during school time, Session Room is their afterschool enrichment program room. The student's from-to info can be easily found from here.
- Home Room information is pulled from the answer to a special custom question for homeroom, school coordinators NEED to set it up before registration opens (how-to article).
Create a roster for a homeroom
Select "Home Room" for "See Unified Rosters for". From there, select a homeroom for "Choose a Home Room" to see a list of students from this homeroom, check where they would be for their afterschool programs.
- You can update a student's homeroom from here, or remind parents to update their student's homeroom info by clicking the button above the roster.
You will have the option to select the field to be printed after clicking "Print roster" button. The roster can be printed as a pdf file and emailed to the teachers.
