The following instructions are for the sessions holding at a school but need to open some seats to the public marketplace. If it's a class that's set to be held at your own location and open to the public marketplace, but needs to be open to students from a school, please first update the session to be held at a school, then follow the steps below to open some seats to the public marketplace.
To open seats in our marketing place, please log into your provider profile > left menu > Camps & Classes > Programs > Click the arrow next to Interface for power users > Sessions and Seats (Highlighted in the attached screenshot).
Then please go to the session tab, and click "Set up school sessions: Show relevant columns" to show the "Marketed Seats Quota" column in the following table. "-1" in this column means no marketing seats. Please update the number in this column for each session to the seat # you want to open in the marketing place.
You could do bulk updating to the column "Marketed Seats Quota" by selecting "Marketed Seats Quota" from the dropdown list above the table, check the sessions you want to update with the bulk updating, input the seats number, and "Set"
