Students can be transferred between sessions from the Provider Dashboard.
- From the dashboard or menu to the left > Roster & analytics > Rosters (Refund, Attendance, Add Stude...
- Find the session the student is currently in (use top filters to narrow down the session list as needed, details can be found here).
- Click the hamburger icon at the upper right corner of the session > "Rosters", or, click "Enrolled: #" link. If the student is unenrolled, click on the "Unenrolled: #" link.
- Find the student you want to transfer on the page, then click the "Transfer" button to the right of the student's name.
- Choose the destination program, then the destination session.
- Click "Continue", then you will be shown the details of the From and to session, allowing you to confirm the transfer.
- Uncheck "Notify parents about transfer?" if you do not need to notify the parents of the transfer.
- If the destination session costs less than the current session, you have the option to process a refund. If the destination costs more and you need to process a charge then you can do that after the transfer has been completed. (how to make a charge)
- For unenrolled students, you'll see the option "Would you like to enroll students to the new session?". Uncheck the checkbox for the question if you do not want the student enrolled in the new session. They will then show in the session's "Unenrolled: #" tab instead.
- Click "Make transfer" to complete the transfer process.
NOTE:
- If you see a notification informing you that the session does not have enough seats, you will still be able to ignore the warning and complete the transfer.
- Students can be transferred between different locations associated with your provider profile.
- Student can be transferred between sessions held at different schools ONLY if the schools are managed by a district. Otherwise, students can NOT be transferred between sessions held at different schools.
