How to add waivers and permissions slips for parents to read and sign for my programs

If you have a waiver, or need parents to agree to certain terms before completing registration, you can setup a waiver from the Provider Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/provider). Waivers are displayed to parents during the checkout process, and they need to digitally sign and agree to the waiver for each child they are registering.

1. From the menu on the left, under "Manage registration", click on "Waivers".
2. Type, or copy and paste your waiver text into the text field.
3. Click "Save"

You also have the option of specifying the number of days the waiver will be valid for. If the parent registers for your classes at a later date, and the number of days set has passed, they will be required to digitally sign the waiver again.
