Is there a way to create a mailing list from last years rosters that includes all of the sessions without having to go to each individual session?

Yes, our custom roster feature lets you do that.

Please go to 6crickets.com/provider -> Rosters & Analytics -> Rosters -> click on the "Custom Rosters" tab.

Dates and sessions could be set in the popup window, you could also define the fields you want in the report.
