Authorized Users are people who can access and make changes to a School Profile. You want to be sure you only add people who you trust, since this grants them full access to edit your School Profile and contains personal student information.
This is how you can edit your Authorized Users through the School Dashboard (https://www.6crickets.com/school-admin):
- From the menu on the left, under “Basic Setup”, click on “School Profile”.
- In the “Authorized User” field, enter the email addresses of the people you want to allow full access to your School Profile. Click the “X” next to the email addresses you want to remove.
- Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
The new Authorized Users will now just need to sign in at www.6crickets.com/school-admin to access your School Profile. If they have not done so already, they will need to sign up at 6crickets.com with the same email address you entered for them as an Authorized User.
