How do parents pay without a credit card? Can they pay by check?

Our rosters are real-time and families do need to pay with a credit card when completing their registrations online. Though, there may be situations where this is not always possible. Below are two different methods for completing a child’s registration when parents cannot pay with a credit card online.

Method One - Manually adding the Student

Method Two - Provide the Parent with a discount code
You can create a discount code with a 100% discount, and ask the parent to use it during checkout. Then you can organize with the parent to collect their payment.

Note: Using method two will cause the revenue report to become inaccurate if the parent does pay outside of 6crickets.
