If your school or district has recently adopted 6crickets for program registration and you're having trouble finding your child’s schedule or profile, there are a few common reasons this may be happening. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Log in through your school’s registration portal
You can create a regular 6crickets account to register for programs in our Public Marketplace. However, if your school or district is directing you to 6crickets, do not sign up for an account this way. Your parent account is typically created automatically by syncing with your district's Student Information System (SIS), which designates you as a District Parent.
To access your district account, make sure you’re logging in through your school’s registration portal and with the email address or phone number that your school district has on file (help article). To confirm you're logged into your district account, look for the 'hat' icon above your email in the upper-right corner.
Note: If you’ve previously created a regular 6crickets account and you’re currently logged into it, please log out and follow the steps in this help article to access your district account.
Verify your contact information is up-to-date
If your contact information is outdated or missing from your SIS, you won’t be able to access your 6crickets account or your child’s profile. You will receive the following message if we can’t find a match.
Solution: Update your contact information directly through your SIS or contact your school to ensure your details are correct. Once updated, it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect on 6crickets.
Double-check for multiple accounts (if you have multiple children)
If your district’s Student Information System has different contact information on file for each child, you may not see all of your children in 6crickets after logging in because the phone number or email address is not associated with all of your children. If this is the case, try logging in with your phone if you logged in with your email and vice versa.
Solution: Update your contact information in your SIS and ensure it is the same across all your students. This will help streamline your account access
