After importing student data from SIS into 6crickets, school and district staff can enroll students or add them to the waitlist easily from the school or district profile.
1. From 6crickets homepage > "Districts & Schools" button > "My Dashboard" > School Dashboard or District Dashboard.
2. From the dashboard or left menu > Rosters & analytics > Session rosters.
3. Click "Enrolled: #” link for the target session, go to the roster page. You can enroll a student or add them to a waitlist:
3.1. To enroll a student: Click "Enroll Student" button as shown in the screenshot below
3.2. To add a student to the waitlist: Click the down arrow next to the "Enroll student" button > "Add Student To Waitlist".
4. Input student name or student ID > Select the student from the dropdown list.
5. Check the Summary of the enrollment.
If the session hasn’t started, click the radio button for “Start of session.” If the student is starting after the session has started, or will start attending the session after the start of the session, choose “Custom date” and enter the student start date.
Click "Enroll Student" (or "Add Student to Waitlist" if you follow the button to add student to waitlist). If you don’t want to send the confirmation email to parents, choose “Enroll Without Notifying Parents.”
6. The student will then be added to the roster or waitlist of the session.
The parent will receive the following SMS, and/or a notification email with the subject "Zoey enrolled in Mad Science" once the student is enrolled.
An email is also sent to the email addresses in the Provider fields: “Primary contact email” and “Notification Emails,” when a new student is enrolled.
