When a session has many students, it can be challenging to locate a specific student for attendance. You can use the "still in class" and "grade" filters to narrow down the list and make this process easier.
- Go to your Provider Dashboard > Camps & classes > Sessions list.

Find the session you want to take attendance for and click on the "Enrolled: #" link on the right side.

Click the "Show/take attendance" button > the "Attendance date" field will be set to today's date if there's a class today, otherwise, you can select a class date to check/take attendance.

Below the "Show/take attendance" button, you’ll find the “Show grade” filter, which allows you to filter students by grade. Next to it, there is a checkbox that you can select to filter the roster by students who are “Still in class”.
Note: Instructors can also access this filter from the Instructor Dashboard > Attendance > Show/take attendance.
