I can not find the school in list of schools when creating a session

Sometimes, you may not find the school on the school list when creating a session, after being invited by a school to offer programs there. This may happen when the school adopts 6crickets as a school, but has not authorized your provider profile for the school. 

You need to be added as a provider by the school coordinators to connect your session with the school. Please share this help article and your 6crickets provider profile name with the school coordinator, once they add your provider profile from the school side, you will be able to see the school from your end.
